Linden Apartments

The Linden Apartments will be a 30-unit apartment complex for families and will be built in the Martin Luther King neighborhood between Railroad Ave. and Mercy Medical Center in southwest Redding. This complex will contain 16 two-bedroom and 13 three-bedroom units that are affordable to low-income households. The Linden Apartments are being developed in partnership with the City of Redding and the Redding Redevelopment Agency. Construction is scheduled to commence in January of 2006 should be complete by early 2007.
