Urban Self-Help Housing

CHIP’s Urban Self-Help Program primary mortgages are funded by the California Housing and Finance Agency (CalHFA) and offer fixed, 3% interest financing. CHIP solicits additional funding sources when needed from various federal, state, and local entities.

CHIP’s Urban Self-Help Program’s current development is the Palm Crest Village Phase 2 Subdivision located in Thermalito, Butte County. The owners of these lots will have a beautiful view of Table Mountain.
