Urban Self-Help Housing
CHIP’s Urban Self-Help Program primary mortgages are funded by the California Housing and Finance Agency (CalHFA) and offer fixed, 3% interest financing. CHIP solicits additional funding sources when needed from various federal, state, and local entities.
